Possession of a valid applicable provincial/territorial or Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate in one or more of the following: insulator, carpenter-joiner, electrician, electrician and linemen, electrician and electrician specializing in security systems installation, refrigeration technician with halocarbon environmental qualification, pipe fitter or plumber.
