•  A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with an acceptable specialization such as biology, ecology, aquatic resource management, economics science, business administration or regional development or an acceptable arrangement of studies, training and experience.

Experience

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting natural resource, environmental or scientific data or data related to complex programs, management plans, agreements or policies.
• Experience developing written materials such as but not limited to; letters, reports, agreements, contracts, briefing notes and Memorandums of understanding.
