Experience
- Recent and significant experience in the management of a diverse Real Property portfolio in Canada such as crown-owned (includes Other Government Departments) or leased or warehouse or residential properties.
- Experience in servicing clients and working in a team environment.
- Experience in managing financial resources in a business-oriented environment.
- Recent and significant experience is defined as having managed Real Property portfolio of varying degrees of complexity and type for a minimum of two years within the last 5 years.
- Real Property portfolio is defined as crown-owned, warehouse or leased or residential properties as part of a managed portfolio.
