Education

• A secondary school diploma, or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma.

Experience

• Experience in analyzing complex issues and providing recommendations related to Police Operational Communications Services or Emergency Services (Fire or Ambulance).
• Experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Recent experience working with computer aided dispatch systems, records management systems, a wide area digital radio systems and Internet Protocol based telephony systems.
• Recent and significant experience in conducting evaluations and writing business processes relating to the delivery of emergency services in a police, fire or ambulance environment.
• Recent and significant experience providing advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Recent experience in the management of human resources including employee development, performance management, addressing workplace conflict and duty to accommodate.
