Education

Experience

• Significant** experience in the performance of general maintenance tasks related to at least one of the following areas: grounds maintenance and landscaping activities, equipment operation and maintenance, carpentry)
• Recent* and significant** experience in the operation, use and maintenance of hand tools and power equipment (e.g. lawn tractors, mowers, chainsaws, tractors, trailers, backhoes, skid steers, and/or ATV’s etc…)
• Experience in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, messenger applications, etc.)
