Education

• For CR-05 positions, the requirement is the successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
• For AS-01 positions, the requirement is the successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience

• Significant experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
• Significant experience creating and formatting documents (e.g. using tables, headers and footers, etc.) with software such as Microsoft Word.
• Significant experience creating and using spreadsheets with software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Experience implementing and maintaining a records management system; including indexing, cross-referencing, filing, retrieving, archiving or destroying data.
