Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in the field of building mechanics OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience in the field of operations and maintenance of office buildings, laboratories or special-purpose buildings.

Experience

• Experience in coordinating, directing or supervising internal or external multidisciplinary teams for the operations and maintenance of office and special-purpose buildings.
• Experience in planning, executing and quality assurance of work maintenance (corrections, life cycle, preventive) and repairs for all building systems.
• Experience in managing small or medium scale projects.
