• A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics and experience related to positions in the Financial Management Group.

Experience

• Significant and Recent experience in one or more of the following: Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Internal Control, Auditing, Costing, and Accounting Operations.
• Significant and Recent experience in providing financial advice to clients and/or senior management in one or more of the following areas: financial management, accounting operations, internal control, internal audit, and financial policy.
• Significant and Recent experience in the use of MS Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Significant and Recent experience in using an integrated financial system such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or ACCPAC, etc.
