Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed

Experience

• Experience with information technology (IT) and electronics or communications infrastructure solutions in a technical capacity
• Experience preparing technical documentation to support IT and electronics infrastructure solutions and services, such as architecture/design diagrams, dataflow diagrams, procedures, use cases, user requirements, or detailed build documents
• Experience working with IT and electronic test tools (e.g., WireShark, multimeters, spectrum/radio-frequency analyzers, communication protocol analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes or signal generators) to test, analyze, diagnose or repair electronics equipment
• Experience analyzing, designing, modifying, or troubleshooting electronic circuitry
• Experience with wireless communications systems and equipment (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular technologies, P25 land mobile radio)
